Concierge

You send the project. Our ops team files each application, answers agency follow-ups, uploads the approvals and checks vendor certificates. You see every step in your checklist.

$175 per application filed, $350 minimum per project.
$25 per certificate reviewed by our team.
Rush filing adds 50% when a deadline has already passed and the agency offers expedited review.
City and state fees are passed through at cost. We never mark them up.
Example: 3 applications and 4 certificate reviews is $625 plus government fees.

We cannot promise approval. Agencies decide. Concierge filing is limited to paperwork you authorize us to submit on your behalf.
