Clearpop

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Describe the project

Name, city, dates, activation types, where it happens, whether you serve food or drink, and any of: amplified sound, alcohol, tent, vehicle, giveaways.

  2. Step 2

Get a checklist from the rules for that city

Requirements live in a rules table per city, each with the agency, lead time, fee, source link and the date we last verified it. The checklist is the rules that match your project, sorted by filing date.

  3. Step 3

    Track every item

Mark items in progress, submitted, approved or denied. Add the application number. Upload the forms you filed and the permits you got. If the dates move, due dates recompute.

  4. Step 4

    Collect certificates of insurance

Set what the venue or city requires: limits, additional insureds, waiver of subrogation, primary and non-contributory. Send each vendor a private upload link. They enter the policy details and upload the PDF.

  5. Step 5

    Verify and watch expiry

Clearpop checks the entered values against your requirements. A person then compares the PDF against a checklist and approves or rejects with a note. Alerts show anything expired, expiring in 30 days, or expiring before your event ends.

  6. Step 6

Hand it off if you want

Ask our concierge team to file for you. Ask Air Fresh Marketing to staff the activation. Government fees are passed through at cost.

What it is not. Clearpop is not legal advice and does not file anything with a city by itself unless you buy the concierge. A certificate review checks the values against your written requirements. It does not change any policy. More.
